Return & Refund Policy 

- If your product is faulty, please get in touch via our contact us page. 

- Due to the made-to-order nature of the product, all refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the returns reason is due to a customer error, then the return cannot be accepted.   

Cancellations 

- As our products are made to order, all mousepad orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering so please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. This can be done via the contact page. 

Shipping

- Orders are usually dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked48. 

- Free shipping on UK orders when you spend £50.

- If we do not currently offer shipping to your country, please contact us via email or our contact form.
